We appreciated working with your company to help our home be more energy efficient.

Originally, we had contacted WE Energies with some questions and they emailed a list of

companies that work with Focus on Energy. Your company name was on the list and we

checked the website to see what we might learn about you. We were impressed with the

website and even more impressed with Pete Morsch who answered the phone when we called

the office.

We admitted to Pete that we had no idea what would need to be done but he was

patient and suggested some solutions that might work for us and volunteered to come to our

home to do an energy audit. He was very professional in showing the results to us and

explaining our options. He told us that he would send a contract with the options we discussed

and the cost of doing the work. He also assured us that the company was well established and

the installers were capable technicians.

We are pleased to say that we promptly received the contract which we signed and

returned and Pete was communicating with us via email during this process. Jim, Jim, and

Mitch showed up on the appointed morning, removed their shoes, double checked the work

assignments, spread the floor covering, and went to work. We left the house and when they

called us later in the day, we returned to find all the work done and everything cleaned up.

Our basement is tighter and brighter, the entry from the garage is more secure, and the

low energy bulbs are distributed through the house. We thank you for guiding us in this matter

with your personable, efficient staff. We definitely recommend St Croix Energy Solutions Inc..

The two workers that performed this service were here for two consecutive days, and they were very courteous and friendly, and extremely competent and clean. They used drop cloths on the floors, covered clothing and other items in the walk in closet with plastic. When the job was completed, they hooked up the testing equipment once again, and reran the test to determine the reduction of cold air from the initial test. The numbers were very much an improvement, and we both notice that the entire house is now uniformly warm and, indeed, is somewhat quieter.
